Our service

We give information and guidance on health insurance. Plan details, scores and premiums shown are indicative and based on public information. The final premium, terms and acceptance are decided only by the insurer as per its underwriting and the policy wording.

Your responsibilities

• Give true and complete information, especially about health conditions. Hiding facts can lead to claim rejection.
• Read the policy wording, prospectus and exclusions before buying.
• Pay premium only to the insurer or the registered intermediary's official payment link.

Partner program

Partners refer customers only. They must not give insurance advice, collect premium, or make promises about claims. Referral rewards are paid by AXPIR Tech India LLP from its own earnings, only on policies actually issued, and may be withheld for misuse.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for decisions of insurers, including claim settlement or premium changes. Our total liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach IRDAI or the Insurance Ombudsman (see Grievance redressal).
