• Insurance details: ages of family members, existing illnesses, current policy, uploaded policy documents.
• Partner details: business name, UPI ID (for commission payouts).
• Basic technical data such as browser type, used only to keep the site working.

Why we use it

• To recommend suitable plans, get quotes and help you buy, renew or claim.
• To share required details with the insurer or IRDAI-registered intermediary only when you ask us to get a quote or buy a policy.
• To meet legal and regulatory duties (including KYC and record-keeping).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your health details for advertising.

Some answers (plan advice, policy summaries, claim help) are produced with Google Gemini. Only the details needed for that answer are sent, and results are guidance only.

Security and retention
