Last updated: 19 October 2026
Step 1 — Tell us
WhatsApp or call +91 85909 24220 (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST), or write to our Grievance Officer at AXPIR Tech India LLP, 1st Floor, CC 54,2593-5, Door No G-307, Bose Nagar Road, Elamkulam, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala – 682020.
Please share your name, mobile number, policy number (if any) and what went wrong. We acknowledge within 3 working days and aim to resolve within 14 days.
Step 2 — Your insurer / intermediary
For issues about policy terms, claims or premium, we will raise it with the insurer or the IRDAI-registered broker for you. You may also contact the insurer's grievance cell directly — details are printed in your policy document.
Step 3 — IRDAI Bima Bharosa
If the insurer does not reply within 14 days, or you are not satisfied, complain to IRDAI:
- Online: Bima Bharosa portal
- Toll-free: 155255 / 1800 4254 732
- Email: complaints@irdai.gov.in
Step 4 — Insurance Ombudsman
For unresolved disputes (up to ₹50 lakh), you can approach the Insurance Ombudsman free of charge within one year of the insurer's final reply. Find your nearest office at cioins.co.in. Kerala is covered by the Kochi Ombudsman office.
